Properties of Nano-Deposited Teflon Coating
Friction coefficient: the friction coefficient of the coating is 0.08-0.15 (the friction coefficient between stainless steels is 0.35);
Biological property of coating: the coating is non-toxic and non-corrosive and conforms to medical ROHS standard;
Corrosion resistance: salt spray test for 50~300 hours;
Operating temperature: normal pressure:-50 c ~ 310 c
Coating thickness: 3-10 microns

Application field of nano-deposited Teflon
Injection mould (injection plastic contains glass fiber): the traditional teflon has insufficient wear resistance and is easy to be worn by glass fiber;
Performance: High hardness meets the requirements that glass fiber will not be worn under impact, and Teflon lubricity improves demoulding performance.
Medical stapler (staple holder): when the staple holder is used, the excitation force is large, grease cannot be used for lubrication, and the coating needs certain abrasion resistance;
Performance: The high hardness meets the requirement that the coating cloth falls off and enters the human body during the operation, the lubricity of Teflon reduces the excitation force when the stapler is used, and improves the operation precision.
Medical instruments (high frequency electrotome): During electrotome surgery, body tissues are easy to adhere, resulting in unsmooth surgery. Traditional Teflon is insulated and non-conductive, resulting in high current breakdown, which is unfavorable for surgery.
Performance: The electrical conductivity of the coating ensures that no extra large current is needed, and the lubricity ensures that the coating is not sticky during surgery and reduces the adhesion of tissues.
