Introduction of coating characteristics:
Color: Brown
Dry film thickness: 0.6-0.8 mils (15-20 microns)
Pencil hardness: 2-4 hours, gloss: low to medium
Curing test: drop 5 drops of NMP on the surface for 1 minute. Then wipe with paper towel = invalid.
Adhesion: 1.0mm cross groove and 5 adhesive tape pulling force = no adhesion loss, excellent scraping adhesion on most substrates.
Operating temperature: continuous 260℃; 315°C intermittent
